Welcome to my website about Hypnotherapy and all the services that I can offer to you.  Over the years of experience in this field, I have built up credentials with both National and International certified organizations of Hypnotherapy. I am a member in good standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists, the National Federation of Hypnotists and also  a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Hypnotherapists.... I am happy to announce that I now operate within a cooperative group throughout the Durham region,  the "LAPEDO GROUP ".... and I 'm very proud to be affiliated with my colleagues Dorothy Gagnon  M.Ht. and Peggy Kelly M.Ht .  Within our group of Hypnotherapists....we offer a full service  to our clients.   While I have a special interest in Smoking Cessation I also assist clients with the following issues:
